Mark Lewis

Mark serves as our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and is an owner of Horizon Actuarial. Mark also serves on various internal committees.

Relevant Experience

Mark has over 30 years of experience in operations and financial management and works primarily out of our Atlanta office. Prior to joining Horizon Actuarial, he was president of a finance company he owned and sold, he served as an executive officer for both public and privately held corporations, and he worked as a CPA with a Big 4 accounting firm and as partner with a national law firm.

Off the Clock

In his spare time, Mark enjoys hiking, traveling, and has an obsession with pickleball.

Education

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Tax Accounting degree from the University of Alabama. Mark earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.
